| This unit's living room, dining room, master bedroom and guest bedroom all have views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large terrace that looks out onto the view as well. The kitchen offers a pass through to the dining area, with a view of the ocean beyond. There is gray marble in both bathrooms as well as the powder room.
The living room features a dining area with seating for six, an entertainment center with stereo, tape deck, CD player, and a 26" color television. There are two futon chairs that may be used as twin beds.
The kitchen offers a microwave oven, refrigerator/ice maker, Jenn-Air Grill, and a dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a king bed, mirrored closet doors, and a 26" television.
The guest bedroom has mirrored closet doors and a queen bed.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is 24 hour security on duty within the gated community.
