| SeaShadows has a sophisticated filtration system that keeps your hair and skin silky soft not to mention the benefits from drinking the filtered water. A tankless water heater was added to allow for several renters to shower without running out of hot water. The master bedroom has down and hard pillows and a down mattress pad for sweet slumber. On the lanai there is an electric grill to even satisfy a Grill Master. For your entertainment needs, we have DVD players (as well as VHS) in the living room and the guest room. In addition, we have a library of summer reading books (with some in the bedrooms), current and classic movies on DVDs and VHS, and a drawer full of games in the entertainment unit in the living room. If the beach is your scene, we have two folding beach chairs, thermos, and sundry beach towels for this use as well as a paid family beach pass ($100 value if lost) for free entry to Fort Z. Taylor Park allowing you daily free entry while at SeaShadows. Many of our lights are on dimmers to create a soft ambiance throughout the house and the bedrooms have good reading lights bedside. The bedroom closets have been customized to take advantage of the space available. The kitchen was partly remodeled with a new electric self-cleaning double oven/cooktop and a new dishwasher. |
