‘The Plantation” is a Three Bedroom Town home located within the prestigious gated community of ‘Truman Annex’ in Key West’s ‘Old Town’ area. In addition to the Master Bedroom, with it’s King Bed and private balcony, a Guest Bedroom with two single beds (which may be joined to form a King Ben) and its own private balcony, this home also has a first floor Bedroom which is furnished with a Queen size Murphy bed to provide sleeping for additional guests or guests that prefer not to climb a stairs. This home boasts of two full Baths. One on the second floor and one on the first to accommodate guests in the bedroom on the first floor.
The highlight of this home, in addition to the spacious living quarters, is the large rear patio which is beautifully landscaped and is the ideal spot to for that morning cup of coffee or tea, a leisurely afternoon visit with friends or a place to wind down the day.
This home has just been completely remolded with all new furniture and also includes TV’s, washer/dryer, pots & pans, towels & linens, central air conditioning, ‘private’ parking, and access to the Associations pool.
