W/D, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, towels ; bedding central air, ceiling fans, WiFi, cable and a private Carport for one car. Downstairs features open floor plan with a spacious kitchen dining area and living room, half bath and French doors open to the private back yard and pool area. * Pets may be considered with 28+ day rental

Master bedroom really big with sitting room. Other two bedrooms smaller with shared bathroom. Very nice house and porch flows well into the house. Good layout. Close to coast guard park would be awesome for little kids. Would stay here again.

The peace and quiet of the Truman annex and Duval Street just a couple blocks away!! This was our 10th trip to Key West, 4th year for renting a house or condo 3rd in the Truman annex. It is the only way to go (in my opinion)!! Knowing there would be a washer and dryer, we packed light and would do laundry as needed, well the washer was broke, but Compass was great and did a great job on getting things fixed. Which meant replace the machines. The house was great for us and the 2 other couples that came with us. The roof top porch was the big hit, great for sunsets or sunrises!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Week!

It is rare to have a vacation when you feel you are home. The house is spacious and we really appreciated the outdoor seating by the pool. Location is a short walk to Duval yet quiet and in a gated community for privacy. Our grandson spent lots of time on the "Lido" deck playing his guitar. Pool floats were provided along with beach towels. Just unpack and enjoy!
