Recently transformed, this beauty features a brand new kitchen with Viking appliances, gas stove, gorgeous cabinetry, wine cooler and an inviting kitchen top bar.
Sink into the sweeping floorplan with tall ceilings, plenty of windows and natural light and ultra comfortable seating, lounging and dining areas on the first floor. Two sets of French doors draw you outside to a covered deck, perfectly suited for relaxation, entertaining, and dining. Lush tropical landscaping and brick pathways wrap around this escape providing the ultimate private environment! Included here are a secret set of private gates that quietly lead you to Eaton Street and Old Town.
The second floor with ten foot ceilings, includes the primary bedroom with a sumptuous king bed, a private deck overlooking the gardens and an en-suite bath and custom closets.
The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to king also with large custom closets and access to the hallway bath.
There is a convenient parking space right out front and a quick walk to the common area pool! Centrally located within the Truman Annex, this getaway is strategically close to all of the action in Old Town - dining, shopping, watersports and nightlife. Stay for week, a month or a year!

Getaway with the family

Best Rental Ever
This is the nicest place we have rented in Key West in our 10 years of visiting Key West. It was clean, spacious and well equipped for all of our needs. We spent a great deal of our time on the beautiful patio.

Home away from home
Villa Azura is a beautiful property nestled in a lovely area of key west. It had everything we needed to feel at home while on vacation. We rented a car which was great to have when going to the beach. The back gate was convenient when wanting to take a walk to the attractions, food and shopping. Maintenance was prompt when needed. The only negative which wasn’t a huge deal was we weren’t provided a key fob to use the pool. We were there for several days before wanting to use it only to find a sign posted that we had to request the fob. It was a Sunday and the key didn’t arrive until Wednesday the day before we left. So needless to say we didn’t get to use the pool. Be sure to request the pool key fob when checking in. It was a fantastic place and time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at Villa Azura.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Azura which is a very comfortable, clean ,well equipped home. We found everything we could possibly want in the house. It was in a very safe area where all the properties were so well maintained. There was a back gate to the property which was an added bonus. The house was so close to all amenities, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and bars. It is certainly a great location for a vacation rental. I would recommend this property.

Celebrating 50 with my girls
Villa Azura was the perfect house for celebrating with with my 4 girls. The house was super clean and cute. We enjoyed the back patio every morning and grill every night. The location of the house in Key West is perfect. We rented bikes and walked everywhere, no need for a car. I was very pleased with the customer service I received at booking, upon arrival and during our stay. We all stated that we would go back to Villa Azura and would highly recommend to everyone.

The location was perfect. The home was beautifully updated. The patio space was private and lush. I only gave the property management a 3 star because the woman we dealt with at the office never smiled once.

We were prevented from occupying the property for one week due to delayed maintenance. We had to occupy another unit until it was completed.No big deal.

Villa Azura - AMAZING! Great Rates!
Our visit was perfection. The property exceeded our expectations. The deck out back and the balcony off the primary bedroom were our favorite spots. The back gate on to Eaton Street was a game changer.
Our dealings with the Compass team, be it over the phone, via email or in person, was always professional and pleasant. We requested an early check in. They were able to accommodate us.
If we return to Key West, you can bet, we're using Compass. Thank you again for everything.

Villa Azura fun!
All four of us (2 couples) had a blast! The home was perfectly situated in Truman Annex, was spotless and comfortable. The decor and furnishings inside made us feel right at home. Only disappointment was the outdoor space. We would have loved to enjoy the beautiful weather outside but the cushions were so stained with brown, it just wasn’t appealing. They would do well to have covers for protection. We would definitely stay here again, it was wonderful!

Great Location in Key West
This home was really great. It was nice and spacious for our family of four. It was also nicely furnished and had better appliances than most rental homes we've stayed at. The location was the best part. We could easily walk to old town Key West and were on Duval St within minutes. Even when we had to drive to the Marina for a sunset sail, it was an easy drive. As noted, it also had a nice back access gate which cut down on walking travel time. We only had a few minor complaints....There are cameras in the home which was a nuisance but we easily turned them out of view just in case. There were landscaping and other workers that would randomly show up which was also a nuisance because the parking are is tight. All the workers were nice enough to move when asked though. Finally, the outdoor furniture could use a cleaning. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, it was a nice stay and we're certainly consider returning if we're back in Key West.

Lovely accommodations in Truman Annex
We spent a month in Villa Azura and loved it. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well-equipped. Both bedrooms had plenty of closet storage, 2nd floor washer/dryer was very convenient. But, the best part was the location. We had a private gate to Eaton street with easy access to Duval and restaurants, while enjoying the quiet in Truman Annex.

Bright and roomy
Five of us stayed here during a two week period. Nicely furnished with plenty of indoor and outdoor space and seating. Particularly liked the location. Walkable to everywhere. Especially liked the back gate which allowed us to go directly onto Eaton Street.Only drawback was the small pool which though well kept and very convenient was crowded most days. Couldn't get a chair several afternoons.

Really great property with nice upgrades, close to everything. If you don't want to be woken by roosters, use the sound machine they have, our friends in the master found that out the hard way. We never heard them in the front room.

Beautiful property
Villa Azura is a lovely home with great amenities. The private back gate made accessing "fun" very easy. Parking spot right outside the door. The gas grill was clean and under porch cover, so we used it 4 times! Kitchen well-supplied with high-end appliances. Great full size washer and dryer. Only lacks towel racks in the upstairs baths (just wall hooks) so we had to dry bath towels in the dryer for re use. Highly recommend.

Private, Clean and Spacious Home nestled in the perfect location.
Location, Location, Location! 1 1/2 blocks to Duval St near the southern most end makes it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The home is well equipped with everything you need making it feel like your home away from home. Awesome Weber Gas BBQ Grill / Eat in as much as you like. Plenty of room for 6 inside and out. Secluded outside area perfect for hanging out and steps away to the gate to Duval St access. Only thing to consider is pull out sofa bed for 2 sleeping arrangement. This home did not disappoint, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Vacation Stay
This place was perfect for us to stay in Key West. Very easy check in/out process. We had 4 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room. The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. Everything was close by and easily within walking distance. There was a pool, splash pad, and playground we used almost daily. Duval street was just a little over a block away. The glazed donut store was very close and so yummy! We Look forward to staying here again in the future and recommend for anyone to stay here.

Home was very comfortable -had everything that you would need away from home -Overall well maintained -had an issue with the air conditioner but Compass reality resolved --Bring your own hair dryer -they have 2 but broken -very minor issue -Have to say you will love this place
