The “Old Key West” vibe will catch your attention as you enter one of the Keys most prestigious gated communities, offering two heated pools, 24 hour security, and access to the only 18-hole golf club in the Florida Keys at an additional cost. KITCHEN and DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. You have, at your disposal, everything you need for home entertaining, from relaxing pool-side cocktails to the most elaborate meals. The extra bump-out in the dining area allows for a large buffet table, romantic floor candles, a glass topped table with 4 chairs and additional bar stool seating for casual dining. LIVING ROOM: The open and airy living area has plenty of windows, light and room for entertaining. Enjoy the large flat screen T.V., snack trays, throw blankets for snuggling, cable and wireless high speed Internet are included with the rental. The leather sofa, ottomans and side chairs provide a trendy comfort and overlooks the large over-size porch. A convenient powder room is located between the living and dining room. ACCOMMODATIONS: The two master bedroom suites on the second floor each have full en-suite bathrooms with large mirrors. Each suite has a queen bed with trendy upscale duvet bedding, nightstands, lighting, dressers, flat screen T.V’s, closets and balconies with additional seating and views of the lavish community and pool area. OUTDOOR LIVING: Large sliding glass doors lead out to over-sized porches on the upper and lower level. On the lower level you will find a plush living are with sofa and chairs. Everything you need for the pool including, large beach towels, floating rafts, pool toys and sunscreen can be found in the storage unit. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the grill while you overlook the swimming pool with waterfall, complete with lounge chairs in a beautifully landscaped cabana pool garden area. You will find outdoor showers, restrooms and a fully equipped fitness room in the clubhouse. The private upper-level deck has two lounge chairs perfect for morning coffee and late night star gazing. You are just minutes away from all the excitement found in Old Town, Duval, Mallory Square and the Sunset Celebration. It’s an easy bike ride to the beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, old schooner tours, word class restaurants, jet skiing, and all types of water sports. Take a trolley tour through the historic sections of Key West and stroll through the waterfront of the old town, visit the aquarium, Butterfly Museum, Harry Truman White House, and Ernest Hemingway's historic home and museum. Take a trip to the wonderful island of Dry Tortugas National Park to see the Civil War era fort and enjoy unspoiled snorkeling where you might just catch turtles swimming by your side.
