Shipyard Condominiums are located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located 1/4 mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Shipyard units are single level condominiums which have private courtyards on the first level or balconies on the second level. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots & pans, towels & linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking and pool access *pets may be considered with a 28 + day stay

Starshine Key West in the Truman Annex

We were very happy with the condo. The rooms were big enough to accommodate a pack n play. We were just along distance to a ton of restaurants and aquarium. My two year olds favorite thing to do was play at the splash pad which was only about two blocks away.

Close walk to everything. Nice cool swimming pool needed for these hot summers. Just wish it had a mirror in the second bedroom and a full length mirror.
