Enjoy a carefree vacation in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, 2-story townhome, located on Southard Court in the Truman Annex, downtown Key West. This home is situated right in front of the community pool.
The first floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, and living area which opens to a beautiful backyard patio. There is also a half bath on the first floor. French doors from the living room open to the back deck with grill and exit gate right onto Thomas Street, giving easy access to and from downtown. This townhome is conveniently located poolside and just a short walk to the many restaurants, attractions, and shopping that Old Town Key West has to offer. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Topside is a great place to get away from it all and enjoy our tropical climate, exploring the tiny lanes and exotic byways that make Key West famous.

A top side view
The property itself was very welcoming/homey/quiet, very rave worthy. Clean, well maintained, accurate discription of condo. Location: pool was just outside the door. Very close & walkable distances to everything. Blue Heaven was close by for breakfast as well as MoonDog Cafe. Duval st 2 blocks away. Roosters,all around the island! Check in process: difficult with a lockbox combo that didn't work. Called emerg #, agent was an hour away. Maid tried to help, no luck. Maintenance finally let us in condo. Only 1 set of keys given, no pool key until day 4 of our stay as was the 2nd set of keys. Would've been easier if there was a code to punch in for entry into condo. Once that was taken care of, a very enjoyable stay.
