Latitude Adjustment was exactly what we were looking for during our vacation trip to Key West! It is in the perfect location to walk or bike to all the fun places to see! The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The team at Compass Realty were easy to communicate with and made check in/ out a breeze. We will be staying here again!

Very nice, clean. Very good location with ten minute walk to Duvall, Whitehead, and Truman Park. I walked about 4-6 miles per day. The unit is well equipped and was as advertised. Marissa from Compass Realty was awesome, and the communication was great! Had no problems during stay.

Where to start? The property is exactly as described and photographed. A very attractive place to spend some vacation time. One of the cleanest properties I have ever rented. The house is missing nothing for a self-catered vacation. The location is so good we didn’t move our car the entire stay. Lastly, there is Compass Realty, the management company. Excellent and complete communications. Among the best I have experienced. They got me everything I needed to know well ahead of time and responded to the few questions I did have. I have no reservations recommending this property. Loved our stay there!

The property was very comfortable and walking distance to downtown. The pool was adequate size and it was clean. We had a problem with our coffee machine. I texted the after hours contact and within the hour a brand new machine was at my door . Now that’s excellent service.

We had a fabulous stay! Great location, quiet and easy access to bike or walk to beaches, restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect—clean, comfortable, stylish and has everything you need. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early and when our flight got significantly delayed, we were allowed to check out late which was so helpful. Overall, this is a great property for a Key West vacation and we would definitely recommend it.

Nice upscale townhouse on the water, with great views. Well maintained property, clean & fresh. A short walk from Duval St. shopping, bars, and restaurants. Easy booking process. We were very happy with our entire stay!

We had a great experience at the Key West Golf Club community with my spouse. As described on the agreement, everything was included such as very clean community pool, housekeepers were nice and did a great job ( keep in mind you have to call to a housekeeper to come to your unit within 12-24 hours), located very safe area, super quit, clean. Managers were always there to help and answers any questions you may have in the beginning. Everything was there you need. A Bottom line: we highly recommend this agency and unit for everyone.

We had an amazing time spending our vacay in this cute condo! Great location – within walking distance to Duval St, and just a couple min bike ride to Mallory Square. Very quiet in the complex at nighttime, away from the hustle & bustle in town. Check in/out process was very smooth. We would love to stay here again if given the chance! Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our boys have actually opted to go back to key west next year vs our other plans because they had such a wonderful time. The condo was clean, well furnished, communication with the management company was excellent, and they took care of our parking issue quickly and easily (the full size SUV did not fit in the covered parking). I have already contacted the company to find us a place for next year.

The location is perfect and the property is very nice. The pictures are accurate. The beds are really comfy. We loved Truman Annex. It is an easy bike ride or walk to Duval Street, Southernmost Point, Zachary Taylor Beach, Hemingway House, the Little White House, and many other local attractions. The pool is steps away from the back gate and the patio and two balconies are great for relaxing or cooking on the BBQ that is included with the unit. The air conditioner works great! Compass Realty was very helpful and provided a wealth of information. Check in and check out instructions were clearly communicated and easy to follow. You will not regret renting this cute apartment!
