Why stay anywhere else?
Perfect location, couple of blocks to Duval scene, easy in/out (hopefully all units will have keyless entry soon), clean, comfortable, quiet. Recently remodeled Shipyard condominium met all of our needs. Wee will be renting this one again.

Key West Vaca
We enjoyed the condo... Clean and had everything we needed... WeLiked the location Because you could kind of get away from all the activity if you want a quiet time and we took advantage of the Zachary Taylor Park and beach every day... They graciously extended our checkout time since our flight was later in the day. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in but we got used to it.

Great Location & Nicely updated
It was a pleasure dealing with the property management team. Made the reservation process smooth and Scott went out of his way to accommodate our late arrival.The property itself was in a great location with a 2 block walking distance to Duval and other attractions like the Hemingway House, The light House and our favorite restaurant Moondog. Upgrades done by the owners were well done and in good taste and of course we enjoyed the charming porch in the back yard every morning. That said we were very disappointed to discover that the master bedroom had a Murphy bed with a very hard mattress (after a day of travel or walking all around KW as most vacationers would do, it was hard to get a good night sleep (had our friends bring a mattress topper to help the situation). Though kitchen was pretty much equipped with all you need, it did not offer a wine opener. We had a great vacation and would consider this property again.

Easy to get to, just the right size in a nice little community with a great pool. Easy to walk to some places or we opted to take a taxi farther into town when we wanted to

Great vacation spot
The property was exactly as described. Propery was clean and well-maintained. We had to stay an extra day because of flight issues and the management was great and worked with us to accommodate us.Great vacation spot.The condo was close to Duvall Street. Most everything was within walking distance.
