The properties provide open living areas downstairs and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy the balmy southerly breezes across the front or back screened in porches while sipping your favorite lemonade or Mojito and enjoy the relaxing Caribbean lifestyle as your stress melts away. Amenities include two community pools, a gym, and parking for up to two vehicles. Pets may be considered.

Great stay March 2025
This was the 10th year that we stayed in the Key West Golf Community. It was the 1st time in the Conch Casita and we enjoyed the home and especially how close it is to the large swimming pool. We were provided with a new gas grill. Once again, Michelle Menard was very responsive to any questions that we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. We plan to return to this home next year.

14 spoonbill way
overall the experience was good. There were initial items the Condo needed (i.e. TV working in master bdrm, no dresser in master bdrm, no pool towels, half-bath toilet not secured to floor). These were all addressed with Manager and fixed over time.Other needs, or suggestions, for condo are 1) having some place to sit in bedrooms to dress would be nice2) the 2 guest bdrm carpets are terrible on bare feet.3) Guest bdrms should have mirrors.4) There should be nightlight at top of stairs.
