Great Week At paradise
Everything was wonderful. Good weather, even better rental. Ate at our usual favorites Red shoe, Santiago’s Bodega, and smoked fish dip at Waterfront Brewery. Such a shame there are no weekly rentals at Truman next year. We cannot get away for a monthly.

The condo was more than I could have asked for — beautifully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super comfy, the linens were top-notch, and the décor was simply gorgeous. The location couldn’t have been better. I recommend renting a golf cart to make it easy to explore all the best parts of Key West. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family! You were awesome hosts! Thank you very much for the late checkout!!

Absolutely wonderful rental and lives up to its name a piece of paradise. Property matched listing perfectly, including the decorations. The renal was clean and tidy upon arrival. Host and property manager were available prior to. We had no need to contact anyone during or after the stay. All information was provided in a clear and timely fashion. Check in process was very simple and concise. The location was absolutely beautiful and safe. Key West has very limited parking outside of rental property, we were able to walk to most everything we needed. Uber rides were inexpensive. There is a pool within a few feet of the front door. I would highly recommend this property. Will definitely use again on our next trip to Key West.

I had a delightful stay at this immaculate condo! I felt like complete vacation mode with the simplest and coziest, stunning coastal decor to set my brain in vacation mode and fall into complete Keys immersion. My favorite part was the expansive balcony with the perfect accents, making you want to enjoy each morning out there, just as we did. The location was ideal for morning walks to brunch spots such as at the always tasty Moondog Cafe, shopping along Duval, and the sunset scenes. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Truly peaceful in paradise
This condo was lacking for nothing for our weeklong visit to KW. - Beautiful finishes throughout; clean and comfortable; all inclusive kitchen supplies; fantastic deck to relax on, dine on, and enjoy the sunset through the trees. We have been coming to KW for over 2 decades, and this was by far the best accommodations and location!!

You can tell the owners and property managers take care care of this property. From the cleanliness to the convenience, its everything you would want for a week's vacation in down town key west. 100% recommend this and WILL be back to stay!!

Our stay was perfect. We would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. The location was beautiful, furnishings and decor were very nice. We really enjoyed the outdoor space after a day of sightseeing and water adventures. The pool area was beautiful however we were so busy we didn’t get to enjoy it, next trip.
The Truman Annex was close to everything and felt very safe with the gated entrance.
We will definitely be planning another stay in the very near future.

What a great vacation we had. Unit was very well furnished ,very quaint ,grounds were very well maintained with beautiful lush foliage giving you the true experience of the keys. Best of all it is within walking distance to
Duval Street and most all the restaurants and shops in the area you would want to visits. Great walking and running in the park right outside the complex on the water.
We elected to use Uber when we did not walk which was a great choice ,very prompt and courtesy ,cost effective.
Definitely will be back.

Quiet and beautiful areas, we could walk to Beach at Ft. Zachary Taylor, to the Southern most point and all up and down Duval street. The condo was clean, had beach chairs for use and lots of kitchen supplies. We highly recommend this area to stay on your key west trip!

I visit Key West every year since 2012. I've always stayed at the Truman Annex in a different unit each year. Although they have been nice, this was by far the best unit I have ever stayed in. Everything in the unit was just as the pictures depicted. The unit was clean, you couldn't even tell someone had just checked out a couple hours before my arrival. I was absolutely impressed with the property, but now the spouse does not want to stay anywhere else but in this unit. I've already booked for next year!!

The location of this property is perfect. You are close to all the action in town, but far enough away that you can have some quiet time too. You’re only a short bike ride or walk to fort Zachary beach which is a great place to chill for the afternoon. The condo is decorated really tastefully with comfortable furnishings. It is clean, well equipped and perfect for two people. We would stay here again in the future.

My sister and I just spent a week at A Peace of Paradise and had a wonderful time! The condo has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. It was quiet and restful and everyone was extremely friendly.

Celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Salty Mermaid

Great location
Truman Annex is our favorite place to stay in Ket West. Location is great and Compass Realty is easy to work with. We have stayed in many of the condos and although we prefer some to others, we have never had a serious complaint. When we come back next year we will rent a condo in Truman Annex from Compass Realty

Salty Mermaid
Great 2nd fl condo with a nice large balcony. Perfect location by the Waterfront, and close to the Ft Zachary Taylor beach. Nice & new! Always a pleasure to work with Compass Realty, they are very accommodating.
