Truly peaceful in paradise
This condo was lacking for nothing for our weeklong visit to KW. - Beautiful finishes throughout; clean and comfortable; all inclusive kitchen supplies; fantastic deck to relax on, dine on, and enjoy the sunset through the trees. We have been coming to KW for over 2 decades, and this was by far the best accommodations and location!!

LUXURIOUS CONDO!
You can tell the owners and property managers take care care of this property. From the cleanliness to the convenience, its everything you would want for a week's vacation in down town key west. 100% recommend this and WILL be back to stay!!

a peace of paradise at Truman annex KW
Very clean and updated. minor issues, very limited storage for dry goods, closet space, dryer takes FOREVER TO DRY CLOTHES! Good location to most! Managing company was disappointing. When we arrived after a very long travel day. We did not have parking permit. spoke to them - they informed it was left in another condo unit our friends had rented. it was not - our friends and myself contacted rental company by the emergency phone number that is left after hours. I also sent email requesting parking permit *so our car wasn'ttowed. NEVER HEARD BACK! Monday morning my husband and I walked there to get parking permit. The person that I was dealing with who would not return my phone call, informed me that she had much higher emergencies to take care of than ours! I'm sure she did, however never stayed there before and not knowing if our car would be towed over weekend - that was an emergency to US!!

Our stay was perfect. We would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. The location was beautiful, furnishings and decor were very nice. We really enjoyed the outdoor space after a day of sightseeing and water adventures. The pool area was beautiful however we were so busy we didn’t get to enjoy it, next trip.
The Truman Annex was close to everything and felt very safe with the gated entrance.
We will definitely be planning another stay in the very near future.

November Paradise
This was our second time staying in this condo! We absolutely love it! It’s clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location! We will definitely stay again! Same time next year I hope!!

A PEACE OF PARADISE at The Truman Annex in Key West
What a great vacation we had. Unit was very well furnished ,very quaint ,grounds were very well maintained with beautiful lush foliage giving you the true experience of the keys. Best of all it is within walking distance to
Duval Street and most all the restaurants and shops in the area you would want to visits. Great walking and running in the park right outside the complex on the water.
We elected to use Uber when we did not walk which was a great choice ,very prompt and courtesy ,cost effective.
Definitely will be back.

Perfect Week In Key West
We would highly recommend this condo in the Truman Annex! It is the perfect size for couples looking to getaway. It is quiet, relaxing, and has all the essentials. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. Pool area was quaint and everyone staying in the complex was welcoming and respectful. The beach chairs were an added bonus! You are walking distance to amazing restaurants, sights, and bars. Our favorite spot for sunset was the Truman Waterfront, which is about a 5 minute walk from the condo. If you are on the fence, BOOK IT 🙂

Peaceful and relaxing
We really enjoyed our stay. The area is very beautiful and quiet. We liked that in the evening the gates are locked. It was within walking distance to Ft. Zachary Taylor park, the Southern most point and all of the restaurants down Duvall st. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and would stay here ourselves again. My only complaint would be the directions to get the keys were confusing, but they were very quick to respond with help.

Quiet and beautiful areas, we could walk to Beach at Ft. Zachary Taylor, to the Southern most point and all up and down Duval street. The condo was clean, had beach chairs for use and lots of kitchen supplies. We highly recommend this area to stay on your key west trip!

I visit Key West every year since 2012. I've always stayed at the Truman Annex in a different unit each year. Although they have been nice, this was by far the best unit I have ever stayed in. Everything in the unit was just as the pictures depicted. The unit was clean, you couldn't even tell someone had just checked out a couple hours before my arrival. I was absolutely impressed with the property, but now the spouse does not want to stay anywhere else but in this unit. I've already booked for next year!!

Nice place
The location was great , the condo was very nice . Quite except the one night that a rooster crowed all night under our bedroom window ������The only thing was our flight got in earlier than expected , so if you arrive earlier then check in time no place to leave your luggage. We had to drag 3suitcases around .

A PEACE OF PARADISE in the Truman Annex
The location of this property is perfect. You are close to all the action in town, but far enough away that you can have some quiet time too. You’re only a short bike ride or walk to fort Zachary beach which is a great place to chill for the afternoon. The condo is decorated really tastefully with comfortable furnishings. It is clean, well equipped and perfect for two people. We would stay here again in the future.

The place was perfect! Tastefully decorated, clean, easy check in , great location! The washer and dryer were wonderful to have, as was the beach chairs! The kuerig didn’t work but the other coffee pot did! Would recommend to anyone! Looking forward to staying there again!

My sister and I just spent a week at A Peace of Paradise and had a wonderful time! The condo has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. It was quiet and restful and everyone was extremely friendly.

Celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Salty Mermaid

Great location
Truman Annex is our favorite place to stay in Ket West. Location is great and Compass Realty is easy to work with. We have stayed in many of the condos and although we prefer some to others, we have never had a serious complaint. When we come back next year we will rent a condo in Truman Annex from Compass Realty

Salty Mermaid
Great 2nd fl condo with a nice large balcony. Perfect location by the Waterfront, and close to the Ft Zachary Taylor beach. Nice & new! Always a pleasure to work with Compass Realty, they are very accommodating.
