Beautiful location
The location is outstanding. It is located in the beautiful Truman annex with quick access to the heart of Key West. The compass reality group went above and beyond for my family. My mother in law was celebrating her 84 birthday. She was having some issues with accessing certain parts of our building. The team of Marissa and Oscar went above and beyond in their timely responses, even during the Thanksgiving holiday, while the main offices were closed. We were relocated to different residences with another stunning view.This property is adjacent to Mallory Square. If you want to join the festivities you can in minutes, or just look from your porch and experience your private viewing.

Beautiful space and even better views!
Great spot for a small family - condo was impeccably decorated and had all amenities. The views were great too. We loved watching the charter boats leave in the AM and come in during the afternoon.

Comfort with a sunset view
Very well appointed and comfortably furnished with all the necessary items for a two week stay. Wonderful water and sunset views. In close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and Duval Street. Highly recommended.

A great place to escape and relax!
Great spot, super clean and lots of room to spread out and relax. Great balcony to catch the sunsets and reflect upon the day. Would happily stay again . . . Compass Realty was super attentive to any concerns during the stay.

Wonderful location, beautiful condo
This was our first time renting in Truman Annex. The condo is well stocked, mostly updated. Be aware this is a three bedroom condo but the Primary suite is locked off for the owner. The kitchen has been updated to perfection! There is plenty of room to move around throughout the condo which makes it very comfortable. Furnishings are lovely and comfortable with plentiful seating. The view is part of the reason we rented here, better sunset than Mallory Square! We enjoyed our stay!

Nice place but needs a little more kitchen equipment
This is a beautiful condo! The kitchen is the main attraction for the property. However the kitchen is not adequately supplied with cooking tools and equipment. The bedrooms and baths were fine.

MOTM Stay
The unit was in a great location and very, very nice. A fantastic kitchen and master bedroom with very accommodating and comfortable living room. Everyone really enjoyed the porch and view. Negatives: compared to the rest of the living space, the dining table and chairs were less than impressive. We were disappointed that with three couples we were only given two fobs (one couple had to occasionally use stair entrance). Also disappointing was that the fact that we did not get a key to access the marina walkway or the pool gate near the garage. The second bedroom lighting was not adequate for evening reading and the TV in that bedroom was rather small by today's standards

We felt right at home
This condo is in a perfect location for all Key West has to offer. A nice pool, beautiful sunset views, a quick walk to Duval St and a short bike ride to Ft. Zach. We'd love to return soon.

Truman Annex? yes, please!!
We had three couples. This condo met all needs with three bedrooms and three baths. It’s a great location, secure and clean. The view is breathtaking. Compass Realty is awesome and wonderful to work with. You can trust what they tell you. Perfect vacation for us! We absolutely LOVE Key West.

Thanksgiving with a sunset view
Would highly recommend this unit. We had 6 adults in our group and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious and clean with modern appliances. Great location! The office staff were extremely helpful with packages I had arriving before we got there. They were friendly and easy to reach by phone.
