Welcome!! The owners of this stunning townhome were married in Key West back in 2012, and have come back every year since. They hope that you enjoy Key West – and their home – as much as they do!
This Foundry townhome is a Bostonian style 3 level home located in Old Town Key West. This home has been recently renovated to accommodate an individual couple, family, or vacationing couples that each desires the privacy of their own bedroom suite with full, private baths. This two-bedroom, two and one half bath unit will comfortably sleep up to six, and is located in the beautiful community of Truman Annex.
If driving down through the scenic Florida keys and keeping the vehicle for your stay, you have the luxury of a reserved, covered private parking space during your stay. If not, bicycle and golf cart rentals are aplenty!
The welcoming first floor includes an impeccably appointed kitchen, with all of your basic houseware items such as pots, pans, coffee pot and toaster. The living area includes a SmartTV, books, games, and a comfortable sofa that pulls out into a Queen bed. If you’re heading to the beach or the pool, beach towels are hanging on hooks by the front door, ready for your use.
The second floor Primary Suite has king-sized bed, en-suite bath and French doors that open to a private balcony overlooking the tropical landscaping on Front Street, including palm, mango, and avocado trees. The suite also includes a washer/dryer.
The third floor suite features two twin beds which can be converted to king size bed, depending on your needs, and its own en-suite bath.
Location, location. location!! This townhome is in the Truman Annex gated community, which offers the security and tranquility that you would expect on a vacation; yet you are just steps from exploring all that Key West has to offer! The Harry Truman Little White House, where President Truman spent many summer days vacationing during his Presidency, is just steps away, as is the private heated pool. The famous Duval Street scene and surrounding blocks encompassing hundreds of restaurants/pubs/shops are only minutes away by foot. Mallory Square, with its nightly entertainment and picturesque sunsets are just three blocks away. Swimming, snorkeling, parasailing, and fishing are also nearby for your enjoyment. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, with one of the best beaches in Key West, is just 1/4 mile away.

Wonderful First Stay in Key West
This was our first ever visit to Key West. We were thrilled with Aah Paradise in Truman Annex. It was the perfect location. We walked everywhere. The condo itself was well appointed, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful and it's just a few blocks from Mallory Square and Duval Street. A few of our favorite things were sunsets in Mallory Square, a Danger Charters sail, snorkel & kayak tour, great food at Conch Republic Seafood and Caroline's Cafe and key lime pie from Limes and Pies. We didn't love the beach at Fort Zachary, so we drove to Smathers Beach instead. The only negative is that they will not do one week rentals beginning in 2026!

We really enjoyed the very comfortable Aah Paradise! Fully stocked kitchen for any type of meal prep. Very comfortable and private bedroom accommodations with bathrooms in each.

We enjoyed our stay at Aah Paradise. We spent a month there and things went really well. Just for info the kitchen could use a few amenities like (tupperware containers, chip clips. Better beach chairs. Improve master bed mattress. Improve insect control. Would stay here again!!

Perfect Stay
Staying at this property for a week for the first time in Key west was phenomenal. The property was clean and well maintained on the inside within each room , as well as the incredible cleanliness and upkeep of the streets and buildings around. The location was perfect for our stay here, it was within walking and biking distance to all attractions and activities during our time. I would highly recommend these condos and cannot wait to book for our next trip.

Wonderful Vacation
We were very pleased with the unit. Very clean. It was perfect for our stay. The A/C in the 3rd floor bedroom wasn't the best. It was working good in the bathroom but the bedroom wasn't getting cooled as well. Location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in Key West. This town house is located within walking distance to many restaurants and most attractions. The property was pleasant to stay in and met all of our needs. Also, the property managers were great to work with. I would recommend this property for most people.

Aah Paradise - the name says it all!
Very nice accommodations - clean, comfortable, and perfect location for walking to restaurants and for sightseeing. If going to Fort Zachery Taylor Park, I would suggest renting bicycles as it can be an uncomfortable walk to the park on hot pavement. MY only complaint is the exorbitant fees added on to the base rental price. As return visitors to Key West for 20+ years, we are beginning to feel priced out.

Perfect location and rental
Perfect location. In beautiful, quiet neighborhood but very close to all the action. A bit too far to walk to the beach if you are caring anything (chairs, cooler, etc). The kitchen was well stock and it was great to have all the paper products and other supplies provided. Would definitely stay here again, Perfect for two couples!

Awesome unit
This is a lovely townhouse with thoughtful touches for renters such as plenty of hooks, beach towels by the door, and extra outlets for charging. The main room is very comfortable and the TVs are good. Dishes and towels are in good shape which is sometimes not the case in rentals. The location is great for all Key West activities. We had a wonderful time and have already booked it for next year. My only suggestion would be to replace the bed pillows. They were not very comfortable.

Overall the unit was very nice. Our only complaint was the pool was too small and the same people occupied the lounge chairs most of the day. There were only 2 beach chairs. We would stay there again.

Now off my bucket list
We've been vacationing in Key West at our time share for 25 years and regularly walk in the Annex by The Foundry and thinking "What if?"So we added a week to the time share, renting Aah Paradise, and the property and the weather could not have been better.

Location was ideal
The location was ideal; quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean however the furniture and rugs were dated. The bed in the master was uncomfortable (lumpy), and the bedding could use and upgrade and an update. We would stay in Truman annex again but would look at a different unit.

This house was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Checking in and out was simple and the location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet. Compass is great to work with and was very accommodating when we had to reschedule our reservation.

Best KW vacation ever!
I have been staying in KW for about 20 years now, and this was the best stay to date. The location is excellent and very safe. Ahh Paradise is beautiful, beds are so comfortable, so clean, and everything is conveniently laid out for your stay. Realty office is conveniently located a block away. We didn’t need a car, but they have a great-covered parking spot as well. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Our Week in Key West
First the negative: We arrived after sunset and had a hard time locating the lockbox for the Keys to the unit. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see where I was and locate the lockbox because the area was so dark. We were expecting a pullout bed or fold away bed for our 5th person. In my opinion the couch itself wouldn't qualify as a bed. There was not much if any cupboard space to place our grocery items we bought. I am not sure how thoroughly this place was inspected prior to arrival for cleanliness. We found someone's used Facemask in the seat couching of the couch when we were trying to figure out if it was a pullout bed The Positive: This was our 1st experience in Key West. It was decorated beautifully. We loved the location of the unit. We rented bikes for the week and used them to travel everywhere we went. Finding access to the Truman Annex Park was a great surprise and spent a couple nights there watching the sunset and flying our Drone. It was only a couple minute bike ride to Mallory Square and Duval Street. I would defiantly stay at this location again if and when we return to Key West

Very easy and gracious check in, excellent location for exploring key west and a quiet tree lined street to return to after a night or day on the town. We like the airiness of the living area. Considerate neighbors and great accessibility.Our only low points were no grill and hard to access Netflix, perhaps a new smart tv.
