Both the living room and bedroom have televisions... | This lovely property is also close to the pool and and private assigned parking. Shipyard Condominiums are located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located 1/4 mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Shipyard units are single level condominiums which have private courtyards on the first level or balconies on the second level. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots, pans, towels linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking and pool access.

Condo at Shipyard
The experience was fine but I would recommend having some information in the condo about the free bus, what the bus stops look like, & the app. Tell how to get to Fausto's. Recommend La Creperie! And the staff at the building where the keys are kept should be there in person on Saturday. It seems like a high turnover day.

A great stay in Key West
Stayed for a month in Annie’s Hideaway. The one bedroom condo was a fine size for the two of us. Location was easy access to pool, Truman Park and activities in Old Town

Annie's Hideaway
Our stay in KW at Annie’s was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It had so many great amenities, comfortable couch, outside furniture, which made it just like home. Lots of warm water for showers!
We’d be more than happy to stay there again. It met our needs very well.

Annie's Hideaway Review
Excellent! Unit and grounds are clean and well maintained. Management was helpful and courteous. Proximity to attractions is unbeatable as everything is within walking distance. Definitely considering a return visit.Only negative was space to park bikes. Many spaces filed with what appear to be abandoned bikes!

Annie’s Hideway
Property was as described; clean (except sofa bed was either dirty or so worn out it looked dirty and very uncomfortable to sit on); bedroom bed was very comfortable; no hooks in bathroom to hang towels and such; not too far from pool; walked everywhere from this location; staff at Compass was very helpful and prompt (trouble with lock and the key resolved quickly); it is small so perfect for me but 4 people would sure be cozy; I would stay there again!

Second Time's a Charm
Our second visit to Annie's Hideaway and it did not disappoint. Close to all the attractions we are interested in. The unit is well equipped with the essentials such as beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer and a well supplied kitchen...but we prefer to eat out. This unit fits the bill of our needs and we surely will rent again. All in all, just a great experience staying here.

Great Property!
Property was very clean, equipped with everything we needed, and location was great! One minor thing: the toilet was a little temperamental, and didn't always fill up after flushing. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location - Walking distance to almost everywhere
Annie's Hideaway has everything you need for your escape to paradise. Everything from beach towels and chairs to a washer and dryer. Nicely kept up, and we would definitely stay her again.

a week in Annie's Hideaway
Good experience overall. Bedroom was a little small considering I couldn't fully open some of the dresser drawers because the bed was in the way. Great location. Walking distance to the beach, downtown, and harbor areas. Development was nice and quiet.

Beautiful holiday...great location...unit needs tlc
We had stayed in the Truman Annex four years ago and of course it was about half the price (sadly everything has increased in price), in another unit. This last one was dated and needed extra care such as the windows being filthy and the screens plugged with dirt. The bathroom could use glazing in the tub and a new sink. Overall the whole experience was great with best location nice pool and safe grounds.

This is our second stay at Shipyard. It is a perfect location. Did not rent a car this time and just rented bikes from We Cycle (close by).

Annie’s is located in a very good spot just off of Duval. Easy to walk to many locations. Condo was very well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the covered deck each morning. Bedroom was tight but very doable. Stairs getting into condo could be challenging for a person with physical limitations. We’d rent again!

Great Stay
We were there for 10 days. The condo had all that were needed for a pleasant stay. It was clean, the AC was cold, plenty of hot water. The kitchen had all we needed for our meal prep. All appliances worked well. There was a super screened deck to sit on. I would go back.
