Our stay was great! Condo was very clean, located in a beautiful community, everything was in walking distance. Property management was so helpful when we had questions. It was perfect for our vacation!

Aqua Oasis is a great find!
This was the second year in a row we stayed in this condo in the Truman Annex of Key West. We enjoy the convenience of the location and are able to walk to the Higgs and Fort Zach beaches. Duval is three blocks away and the Green Parrot is right down the street. Having a pool in the complex is a plus. So is the washer/dryer in the unit. When there was an issue with the AC, it was handled quickly and efficiently. The only downside is that we won't be able to stay here again next year. Because of the transient license issue in KW (Google it) no longer can we stay for a week or two. Staying for a whole month doesn't fit into our budget or work schedules. We are hoping that the issue gets resolved to enable future stays at the Aqua Oasis or other great units in the Truman Annex.

This property is in a terrific location and having the pool nearby was a plus. I could easily walk to town and really liked having the quiet time at night. I would go back!

Aqua oasis
Overall great experience. Unit very clean and comfortable. I suggest instructions for the TV. TV in living room was not easy to navigate to news or local channels. Never watched TV due to lack of instructions. The keys should be in a lockbox at the unit instead of pickup and grip off at the office.

A nicely decorated, updated two bedroom condo in Truman Annex
Second time renting for several weeks in early March. This unit is nicer than some others we looked at and rented previously. Nice deck in back, short walk to the pool. Very convenient to everything in Key West. Two blocks to the Green Parrot, three blocks to Duval, 15 minute walk to Fort Zach beach.

PARADISE RETREAT
THIS IS A CONDO WITH A WONDERFUL LOCATION. THE UNIT HAS COMFORTABLE BEDS, BUT A TERRIBLE FUTON AS A LIVING ROOM COUCH. IT IS VERY HARD AND NOT APPROPRIATE FOR A LONG STAY.

Truman Annex, “A little piece of Heaven”��
Perfect weather, location, and week in Key West. It’s our favorite place! We always go out to dinner, which is a treat, but noticed there was no grill at our unit. We would have not used it anyway because there’s so many good places to go out, but some people like to cook at there house or condo. Other than that, it was a great place and would rent there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed at Aqua Oasis. Everything was a perfect fit for our family in every aspect. We would definitely recommend it. Close to everything we wanted, Duvall St., Fort Zachary, Mallory Square, etc. We will definitely be back!

Aqua Oasis great location.
An over abundance of pots and pans but very few bowls. The lack of a key to open and close the patio door meant a walk round the street side to go to the pool or take out garbage etc.

Keywest stay at the Truman annex
The condo was clean and the location was great super close to everything. There were plenty of linens and everything was kept up nicely. We booked through VRBO and I have none of the communication was done through the VRBO website which was not convenient. Check in was easy once we figured out how to communicate with the rental property manager. The condo had keys instead of a digital lock and code which was less than convenient. There is no parking in front of the unit and if you have a truck or any vehicle larger than a sedan parking is non existent. They don’t allow parking of trucks in the annex so we had to pay $215 to park 1.2 miles away and rent a scooter and use Uber to get back and forthThis was a pain. Other than communication and parking the stay was great. We won’t be staying here again due to the parking issue as we bring down our boat with a truck and have nowhere to park our truck. This information was apparently in the contract; however, I must have missed it. If you have a car ans aren’t trailering anything and don’t mind walking from the provided parking spaces (a few blocks away) this would be a perfect stay!

Aqua Oasis @ the Truman Annex
This property was in the perfect location and walking distance to everything, including the beach. We enjoyed live music at Hogs Breath, The Green Parrot, Halo, Sloppy Joes, Willy T's and strolled Duval Street daily. For a great dining experience and amazing food you must try Lola's Bistro, Blue Heaven, Louie's Backyard, Pepe's Cafe, and Cuban Coffee Queen to name a few! The property was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The pool was relaxing and had plenty of lounge chairs for all guests. I have recommended this property to several of my friends and relatives. We will definitely return to this property!

Great location in a beautiful tropical neighborhood
It was my first stay in the Truman Annex, although I have friends that have stayed there for yrs. The place was well maintained , the pool was great and we enjoyed coffee on the deck daily!
