This gorgeous townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 4 full Bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. It is unique in that it has 2 of everything, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and back patios. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, two bedrooms have 2 twin beds,which can be converted to King beds with a converter kit upon request and there are 2 sleeper sofas. The community pool is just out your back door. | *Pets may be considered with a 28 day stay or longer.

Thanksgiving Get Away
Great property and great fit for a family vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday! The property was just as described, 2 condo unit situated just off the beaten path that allowed easy access to Duval St but far enough away for peace and quiet.

ARCHIPELAGO at The Truman Annex in Key West
The place was great, clean and had what was expected. Parking situation wasn’t very clear. Guards were at no help but the management was able to swap parking place.

The perfect rental spot!!
We had a group of seven adults staying in the unit and it was perfect for our needs. It’s actually two townhomes that are connected so there is two of everything which worked out great for us. We didn’t feel like we were in top of each other. The location couldn’t be any better!! You are close to everything. Only two blocks off of Duval and very close to Fort Zachary beach. And the pool is right out your back door!! I definitely would rent this place again.

We had a wonderful time, the accommodations in Truman Annex were perfect! Close to the pool, easy access to parking and exiting. The units were clean and we'll maintained. We couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect Location, Very Clean
We stayed in the two townhome joined unit and everything was as described. We entered to a very clean, well kept unit and had no issues with Compass or the units during our stay. The location is PERFECT for going to the beach, Malory Square, Duval or Southernmost Point. If I had two comments for the property keeper would be to fix some of the knobs on the doors on the inside and add some landscape rocks to the backyard to cover the dirt areas. But nothing that would warrant a negative review of the place.

Archipelago
This is the second time I booked the Archipelago unit in Key West and it did not disappoint! We had a party of 10 people and the unit was the perfect size to stay together and also to give some space apart if needed . Beautifully cleaned and centrally located..just a short bike ride to the beach and for those who like a pool instead, the pool was right outside the patio fence. I am definitely booking this same location and rental company for 2023!!

Loves in Key West
Great set up for large family- rented both sides of duplex in Truman annex. Perfect location!! Backed up to the park & had access close to beaches. Just 2 short blocks from Duval street-couldn't beat it!

Parrotheads in paradise
We have 8 friends that rented this unit before....we were in Key West for the meeting of the minds..... this unit was nice! Location is great. The only problem was the steps...but we was clean and well equipped.1 problem no blow drier and I didn’t bring one.

Awesome
The rental was great and we had a wonderful time. Just a note the ice makerin 245 didn't work but no worries cause we had unit 241 also. I would definitely use these units again. One of the couples that was with us said she loved it and would be bringing her family in the future. Oh, the only complaint from one of the friends that came said the coverted king/twin beds could use a good bed topper. Thank you for being awesome. See you in the future.

Key West Paradise
Found this rental online and being a repeat vacationer in Key West this was a perfect place to plant my family. The rental property was clean, the amenityoerfect and location was prime. Located 2 blocks from Duval, 1 block from bicycle rental and 1/4 mile to beach was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!’

Condo was perfect!
We were looking for a place to stay while in Key West that was within walking distance to entertainment and attractions since we weren’t planning to rent a car. This condo, located on Southhard St., in the Truman Annex was perfect.

Mile0fest great location
This is our 3 year to stay in the Trumanannex area. Total of 4 couples plenty of room. Back Gate was next too the pool front door to the road.Definitely would book again thru Compass Reality
