Tropical feel
Location cannot be beat so central to everything key west. Withing minutes walk to Duval St and the action. Rent a bike and be anywhere within minutes. Condo was super c clean and located in a quiet, safe community.

Wonderful time ar Besttimw
We have stayed in this rental several years. Compare to others in Shipyard that we have rented, it is be far the most comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is really nice with a large fridge and extra counter space. The furniture is quite comfortable and the decor is peaceful and well coordinated throughout. Also, very clean. Back deck has lovely vegetation to look at and is quiet. Great location near town and nice pool within short walk.

Daughters Key West wedding
The truman annex condo was perfect! Lots of guests stayed here. Centrally located to everything. The unit was updated, clean, well stocked, and quiet when we needed it!! Special to hear taps and anthem at each end of the day! Compass was thorough, small toilet issue promptly addressed. We would go back here on any future return trips.

Great location, nice are of the island. Accommodations were as described. Very clean, would definitely recommend and will stay again.The only thing that would make it better would be the check in process. A keypad instead of actual keys would be optimal.

Shipyard condos at Truman Waterfront are fantastic!
We stayed in a second floor, two bedroom condo in the Shipyard complex. Unit was clean, well decorated and equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Nice front deck and fantastic back deck. The pool for the complex is a bit small, but we spent no time there. Fort Zachary Taylor Park is really walking distance for beach time. The condo is also very well situated for easy access to Whitehead and Duval streets. Compass realty was very easy to work with, and very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely terrific place. Great location relative to Duval and Whitehead streets, and also to Truman Waterfront Park. The unit itself is also fantastic. Too nicely sized bedrooms. A very comfortable living room. Sizable and well equipped kitchen. Back deck is very comfortable for spending time on. Front deck is smaller, but face is south so gives you great direct sunlight. Hard to imagine staying in a hotel again after spending a week here! ?

Convenient, well decorated, clean, nice pool, well supplied with linens, comfortable beds, great kitchen supploies.My only suggestion is an awning or umbrella for the rear deck. It was much too hot and sunny to make use of and it is a beautiful addition to the property.

The location was within walking distance to everything, although a bike is also useful. The house was immaculate and nicely designed. The two porches area a plus, but never used one as it had no shade and was painfully hot! Restaurants are close by and I particularly recommend Santiago's for tapas and sangria!

Couldn't beat the location of this unit! A two minute walk to Blue Heaven and to Duval street but at the same just far enough away to be quiet when trying to relax. I definitely recommend!

It was a nice place. We loved the location. Was a very nicely stocked kitchen would have been nice to have a few more pantry staples. Basically there was only salt not even pepper.

Great Location!
Overall the condo was great. What was provided to us at the condo however was very lacking... There was a total of 2 rolls of toilet paper and no extra trash bags for a 4 person condo for 7 days. The management company was also very rude.

Very nice time
We enjoyed this unit. It is upgraded from the others we have stayed in here in the Shipyard. The kitchen is new and has a dishwasher and wonderful fridge. We would certainly recommend this place!!! Will be returning.

This condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and fresh. The only issue at all was one of the mattresses wasn't too comfortable for my old sensitive back (maybe more of my problem than the bed's problem??) You simply couldn't find a better location. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. The vanity in the bath could have been a little bigger but the bathroom was newly updated and nice. Good doors and shower head - good water pressure. The living room was nice with good furniture. Nice decorations. My spouse, sister-in-law and I highly recommend this place and would definitely rent this same location again when coming back.

Great Key West Trip
The condo was clean and fresh. Kitchen was great with a very good refrigerator. Bathroom was recently updated - a little tight but not bad. Bedrooms were good size but sensitive back ruled one of the mattresses wasn't quite up to par. The condo could simply not be in a better location. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and no problems. Our group of three would DEFINITELY recommend this rental and would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We loved this 2B upper unit at the Shipyard condos at The annex. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Love that there are two full beds. Perfect if you’re traveling with a friend.

Fantastic!
Fantastic 2nd floor condo in the Truman Annex. Just a short walk to all the Old Town restaurants, bars, and attractions. The condo is furnished and decorated in tasteful, serene blues and whites. Not kitschy and overly tropical. It’s an updated space with all the amenities one needs for their Key West get away.

I would stay at this property again!
I would stay at this property again. It was very convenient and walkable to most all popular locations in KW. The cleanliness was excellent. The family room would sit four comfortably, you will be in close quarters but your not in KW to sit in your rooms. The breakfast nook seats four. The kitchen is just the right size. You are a few steps to the pool (not visible from your room). You enter on the ground floor, walk up a good number of hardwood steps a wee bit narrow (but not a problem unless you have a huge suitcase weighing more then average). The bathroom is average (nice shower head, bring your own toilet paper unless you like the really thin kind). They provided two wash cloths for the week per person (if you need more you have to go for a nice walk to the front office). If there are noisy people in the adjacent unit next to you, you will hear them but it was not unbearable.

We were thrilled by our condo!
We were so thrilled by our condo! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect! It was so easy to get everywhere by walking and when we were lazy, it was an easy in and out with the car as well. The whole property and the pool area were very clean and quiet (except for the occasional rooster, which we loved!). I felt very safe here and the couple of questions I had were answered quickly and politely by the property management. I have friends going down in November, and I will definitely be sharing all of the info about this place with them! Thank you!

This rental property was amazing and everything we had hoped for. It was quiet, clean, and close to everything! We only used the pool once but it was very clean as well. The property management company was very easy to work with and answered all of the questions I had promptly and politely.

distance. We felt close to downtown activity, yet far enough away.
Short walking distance to the Fort Zachary Taylor State Park & beach
area. Walking Distance to Truman Waterfront Park.

Perfect Key West Condo
Location was perfect and we had a dedicated parking spot. Condo was clean, quiet and affordable. Able to walk to Duval and many other great side street bars and restaurants. Fort Zachary Taylor Park/Beach was less than five minutes behind the property.

Property was beautiful!
I appreciate being contacted prior on how to get key. All info was given. Taxi suggested and he was familiar. But if not, it would have been difficult. Returning key before going to airport is also inconvenient. Property was beautiful. Location was perfect! I will definitely return!!
