This cheery property located on Southard Street features three bedrooms, one on the first level and two on on the second. | There is a lovely kitchen, dining and living room which flows out through two sets of French doors onto the covered rear deck. | The private parking is very conveniently located in the rear and is covered. | There is a side bricked patio perfect for a quiet read, or a game of corn hole! There is an outdoor grill for those perfect afternoon cookouts*Pets may be considered with a 28+ day stay | The two spacious bedrooms on the second floor share the the bath and have the laundry center close by. | The Presidents Walk and Southard Court community is located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located less one mile from one of the best beaches on the island. | All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots and pans, towels and linens, have central air conditioning, and pool access.

Great location for Beach and Duval street
This condo has everything you need and is close to the beach and Duval street making it the perfect location. Bedrooms and living spaces are large, giving everyone space to spread out. The cleaning staff will leave soap, detergent, spices and coffee from the previous renters if any is left over, which is really nice and makes life easier. My only complaint is that there are door codes but we weren't allow to use them and had to use a regular key, which meant we had to leave the door open a lot since 5 people could not share 2 sets of keys. The decor is not very "Key West-y," - I have all the neutral colors at home, wold have liked to see some more fun decor. Also the master bed is pretty hard, so I had some trouble sleeping.

Beautifully decorated. Comfy beds for everyone. Very clean. Absolutely every item you might need was there. Tons of towels, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets, all the kitchen appliances, dishes you could need. Quiet clean and calm neighborhood. Super close walk or bike ride to Duval or Historic Seaport. The nicest Vrbo I have ever rented for a family of 6.

We had a broken kitchen chair on arrival, which was picked up Mon. Other than that the place was very nice and clean. great location. one thing that would have been nice, would have been to have more toilet paper and hand soap on our arrival, so our first trip would not have been to the store. We understand the use and replace policy, but you could have started out with a few rolls and soap.

Amazing townhome!
This townhome was absolutely perfect for a family of 6. Everyone had a comfy bed. Super clean and very nice quiet neighborhood. Walking/biking distance to Duval and restaurants, Historic Seaport activities, and Ft. Zach beach. The townhome had every kitchen appliance, plenty of towels & extra blankets, beach chairs, toilet paper, etc.

Beautiful home just like the pictures show. Convenient location to everything. Quiet, relaxing area with the quaint charm of the Key West vibe. Communication from Michelle at Compass Realty was top notch! She takes pride in making sure her guests are well informed before and during their stay. Third time in Key West for myself and my wife. First for the other couple and fifth wheel friend. Staying here was great. We were not cramped at all (3 of us 6’ or greater) and we all really enjoyed the central location. Would stay again.

What a great place. Very clean, awesome location.Compass realty could not have been better. We had a tropical storm coming in and they were very accommodating. HOWEVER, my main issue was with American Airlines, not the storm.

Our unit we stayed in was perfect for what we needed, close to the ocean and Duval Street other than coming and going to the airport everything was within walking distance. It was great having a secluded back deck for coffee in the morning.

This property was clean and as advertised. Left info with property manager as to small extras that can be added to make this property over the top. They are forwarding to the owners. Very clean and would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place!
Loved the place. Beautiful place and furnishings. Back deck was priceless. Parking spot is immediately behind the property which is convenient for coming and going. Walking distance to a Duval. Kitchen missing some essentials. May want to bring some of the basics if planning to cook (salt, pepper, cutting board, olive oil, coffee, sugar, paper towels, plastic bags).

Best Key West trip in 20 years of going!
We were three couples staying at the Blue Lagoon and have nothing but praise for it. The location is perfect for getting to all the action in Key West. Check in was easy and responsive to any needs. Will definitely look to book here again.

Lovely townhouse
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Each morning I would have my coffee on the front porch and watch and greet people as they walked by. The back deck has lush tropical greenery and very comfortable furniture. It is a great place to have an afternoon cocktail when I didn’t go to the Green Parrot!
