We had an issue with the a/c and it was handled quickly and efficiently. We like the Shipyard as it's quiet and a great location.The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. The patio furniture is top notch. And very comfortable.
