Welcome to our comfortable and delightful 2nd floor condo in the Shipyard section of Truman Annex. Unit #258 is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with views of the pool. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed; the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The remodeled bathroom has a walk in shower enclosure. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the front porch which overlooks the pool area. This covered porch offers protection from the hot Key West sun as well as the occasional tropical shower. The back porch is great for sunbathing & star gazing! All is provided to make your stay enjoyable including high speed internet, blender, beach towels, and washer/dryer. So grab a cool drink and a towel and head down to your lounge chair by the pool!

Green Spot Great Spot!
Another great Key West Vacation. We stayed at the green spot this trip. Nice second floor rental overlooking the pool.. Beautifully updated bathroom. Plenty of utensils to cook and store food in-house. This was our 2nd time renting through Compass Realty and check-in and check out was a breeze. Would highly recommend both Green Spot unit and Compass Realty!

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect spot. It has every amenity you would need for a comfortable stay. Check in process was smooth and really enjoyed getting a call the week prior to check in to go over everything.

Happy Times at Greenspot
We have been staying at Greenspot for the month of February for perhaps the last dozen years. The upstairs unit overlooks the pool. The unit is always clean and if there are any issues, the maintenance team is always responsive. The owner upgraded the bathroom a few years ago and it now makes efficient use of the space especially with having pocket doors.

Nice Second Floor Unit
We really enjoy staying in the Truman Annex so we can walk to the sights. Truman Park is an excellent location (and a nice park in general) to watch the sunset if you don't want to walk to Mallory Square. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby and a short walk to Duval St entertainment, CVS and Walgreens, Fausto's Food Palace, Ft Zach Taylor beach.This is a great 2-bed, second floor unit overlooking the pool. It had everything we needed, and the back deck has a larger dining table and lounge chairs that aren't shown in the photo. As others have noted, the walls are thin, but nothing you can do about that. The unit is clean and comfortable; would stay in this unit again.

We stay in this complex every time we visit. You can walk everywhere you want to go. With this specific unit the pool is literally steps away and the front porch is a perfect location for sunrises over the pool area. All the pictures matched the reality. We were there two weeks and we plan on staying there again.

Great Stay in Key West
We have stayed in Green Spot for the last 10 years and have really enjoyed it. We are very close to the pool. The owner has made some upgrades over the years including a new bathroom which is very nicely laid out and maximize the use of space.

I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the location was great. Some of the furniture/art work was a bit dated, but otherwise it was fine.

Great location
You can not beat the location. Right at the shared pool. Walking distance to all the old town activities. The Compass Reality staff were wonderful to work with being the tropical storm issues and having to extend our stay 2 additional days. They worked with us and treated us well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and within walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. We highly recommend this condo if you want to be close to everything Key West! Cannot wait to come back!

Fantastic Week in Key West
We experienced a fantastic week in our vacation rental in Key West. Booking was easy. Compass Realty followed up in all our questions by actually calling us back and allowing us to talk with real live people; not just on line computer answers.Our unit was comfortable and allowed for some great relaxation and rest to make the most of our time on the island. The location was close to everything and safe!

Green Spot -- a Tropical Oasis
Shipyard Condos at Truman Annext has a wonderful tropical feel, iguanas and chickens included :). The Green Spot was nicely decorated and a great location with quick access to the pool. Easy walking distance to Fort Zachary, tasty restaurants, and of course classic Key West attractions. Comfortable for four adults. AC works well, YAY! Bath towels a plenty! Beach towels were included but we didn't see them until our last day. They were in one of the cabinets in the 2nd bedroom. Compass was very easy to work with.
