'Manatee' is a beautiful two bedroom, one bath, 1st floor condominium located within the prestigious gated community of 'Truman Annex' in Key West's 'Old Town' area. This home has the advantage of a beautiful outside deck overlooking foliage and the pool area. The deck is accessed by a set of French Doors and comes complete with a table & chairs for comfortable outside living that makes Key West so desirable. This is a great place for morning coffee, a leisurely afternoon visit with friends, or a place to wind down day or night. This home has everything needed to give you the entire Key West Experience at an affordable price. This home has just been refreshed with new furniture and also includes TV's, washer/dryer, pots & pans, towels, linens, central air conditioning, and 'private' off street parking. There is access to a shared community pool. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, the guest bedroom also enjoys a queen sized bed.

The rental was perfect. Clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. The pool was closed for maintenance the first part of our stay but we enjoyed it the later part. Within walking distance to many places. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The unit was fine, the only issue Is the bathroom. The toilet is located between the vanity top, and the shower doors, and the space is really notSufficient for a larger person, such as myself. I don’t know if it’s ADA compliant- you might want to mention or point this out to future rentals.The unit also needs better cleaning between rentals.The grout ( floor grout) in bathroom is very dirty. The small area rug around coffee table in living room needs cleaning.The A/C’s and ceiling fans worked great.

The unit is a nice updated clean 2BR. Beds were comfortable. It is in a great location just a few short blocks to Duval.The bathroom is very small so not for someone who likes to spread out toiletries.For me I was looking forward to peaceful mornings on the back deck but the AC condenser noise from other units and the pool skimmer were invasive. This was in November when the temps were in the mid 60's no humidity. Can't imagine how loud it is in July when everyone has the AC on. The condenser for the upstairs unit is in the corner of the deck for this unit.

Unit was great; very comfortable. My only "complaint" was how much work I had to do when I checked out; load dishwasher, empty all the trash, strip the beds and start the towels in the washing machine. Having been a rental property owner, my renters paid a cleaning service upon departure for that.

We have been coming to Key West for over thirty years and stayed at various places including the Shipyard in the past. I was pleased with the ease of the check in and check out. The staff was professional and the unit clean with everything needed for a weeks stay. The location was very convenient and a short walk to Duval Street. The pool was close to the unit and easy to get to. I would highly recommend the unit and the company and won’t hesitate to make future reservations.
