Always Amazing!

The property and location were great This was our second time renting through Compass. Maybe it is only because we rented for a week, but we did not have too great of experience with the onsite staff the times that we stopped in.

Always a great stay!
We have stayed in the same unit for several years using Compass and always have a good experience. Our unit is cleaned very well and in good shape. The grounds are so well kept that it adds to the overall expereience.The staff at Compass is always available if needed.

We had such a wonderful time. Got married on Smathers Beach and enjoyed our honeymoon for the week in Key west. Our condo was perfect and well equipped. Perfect location and beautiful neighborhood.

Fun in paradise
We stayed in the condo, Marlin Blue, and found it just perfect. Great location, nice, attractive, well-kept property. We have used Compass Realty many times and found them to be very professional and always helpful snd informative. There were no complaints of any kind from us. Great vacation.

You cannot beat this location. You are close enough to everything you want to see but also tucked away where your evenings are quiet. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean too. We highly recommend staying here!

Great stay
Nice clean open floor condo, we loved the front and back balconies. Beach chairs and cooler were a pleasant surprise. Very spacious couch living room area. We’d look at rebooking this place in the future.

Another Great Stay!
Another great stay in Key West with Compass Realty. Have used this company over 15 times and never been disappointed. Only issue with the was the rooster starting to crow outside the condo at 3:30 am, but after a few days we got use to it.

Wonderful place
We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and well kept up. It was very clean. It was close to Duval Street and all of our other activities. We enjoyed being able to have our grandchildren over to give their parents a break. We truly had a great time and will defiantly consider staying there again.

Great property and location but lacks basic amenities
The property was gorgeous! I could absolutely see myself living there. It was well furnished, the bed and couch were extremely comfortable. It was a quick walk into downtown which was very convenient. There was a lot of room for entertaining too. We rented a few units nearby but always ended up at mine do the comfort and space. The only drawbacks were it was missing basic amenities. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. There were only 1.5 rolls of TP. There was a small bar of soap in the bathroom that only lasted a few days and limited handsoap in the kitchen. Also, if you're a light sleeper like me bring earplugs. The roosters are very noisy! The other issue was both me and another group in our party confirmed before coming that the office could hold our luggage upon checkout. Our flight was at 5:30 PM and checkout was at 10:00 AM. When we arrived the office was closed and no one answered the phones. It was Memorial Day. I wish we had been told in advance as we were stuck with our luggage all day. We would have rented a car or picked an earlier flight if we'd known. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, I just wish I hadn't had to buy toilet paper etc.

Oscar at Compass Real Estate was our hero!
We arrived at Key West to find the condo we rented (privately for 15+ years) had been sold and the owner failed to notify us. A call to Oscar @ Compass Realty & some quick work produced this condo to rent. Shipyard Condos is the perfect place to stay in Key West! Close to Duval, parking (you really don't need a car), a great pool & overall very nice people that are respectful (read no loud parties, etc.) Blue Marlin is a beautifully furnished very high class condo. We stay in a lot of condos during travel & this by far had the highest class furnishing & decorating, simply beautiful but also welcoming. The only negatives were quiet a bit of street & chicken noise & it is on the second floor so you must be able to climb stairs.

Perfect location. Can walk anywhere in Old Town. Condo has been nicely updated since our last stay here. Highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a one bedroom/bath condo.

Exceeded expectations!
It was our first stay at Truman Annex and made sure we rebooked for next year before leaving, as we will never be happy staying anywhere else in Key West now. Marlin Blue was our new home away from home and everything we needed; the condo was laid out perfectly. The staff at Compass Realty couldn't have been nicer.
