This historic gem in Old Town Key West has recently been completely renovated TOP to BOTTOM!
As you enter the front gate walking over brick pathways, you are immediately drawn in by the charm of this beauty which features a lovely porch swing and sitting area.
Entering through the front door you will be immersed in a beautiful blend of historic preservation and contemporary innovation! The front room includes a gorgeous piece featuring Marilyn Monroe, whimsical drunken monkey wallpaper, and a comfortable seating area. Further down the hall is a gorgeous full bath with a custom orange glass tiled shower with handsome fixtures, a coordinating vanity and stunning local art. Next up is the first floor master suite with a sumptuous king sized bed and an en suite bath featuring a dazzling single piece of granite and matching vanity.
Making your way towards the gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, countertops, and top of the line appliances, come sit back and enjoy the large sitting and dining area which is comfortable for 6. This inviting room also enjoys views all the way through to the beautiful grounds, pool and an outdoor shower around the corner.
FUN FACT: A cabinet in the rear loggia room houses a 65 inch TV that retracts into the cabinet when not in use and is lifted out of the cabinet automatically when the TV is turned on.
Stunning floating glass steps lead you to the second level. The very private primary suite includes a sitting area, large bath with two vanities and an additional half bath and the laundry center.
There are wall-mounted TVs throughout this lovely home as well as a sound system, allowing you to select where your music is played, either in individual spaces or altogether, including out by the pool and rear patio.
A couple of bikes are provided for our guests, and there’s access to the rear their house from Griffin Lane.
