Swim in the private heated pool with spa jets, large outdoor patio and back deck with grill. Relax on the upstairs wrap around porch. Master Bedroom suite is furnished with a King bed private bathroom plus an enclosed attached Den with seating area and a queen pull out sofa bed. Guest Bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bathroom and open to a wrap around porch. W/D, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, towels ; bedding central air, ceiling fans, WiFi, cable and a private Carport for one car. A SUNSET BREEZE in Key West
This was our fifth Christmas in Key West and our second time staying in the Truman Annex. We were spoiled by this property by having a private, heated pool with gorgeous outdoor deck and patio. I was worried about the furnishings and state of the home, based on past reviews, but we found the home in a perfectly acceptable manner. The location can’t be beat! I’d definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Private Home in Key West
We have been coming to Key West for Christmas for 7 years. This was far and away the best property we’ve stayed in so far. The location of the Truman Annex can’t be beat; you get proximity to Duval Street, while also enjoying some quiet and privacy, as well as the beautiful character of Old Town. We were spoiled by this 3-bedroom/2.5 bath property with a private pool. It’s an ideal property for a family as we put our toddler in the enormous master bedroom with us, while grandparents each had their own private bedroom. The master is so large, it has a sitting room that can be closed off by pocket doors. The private pool and multiple porches & decks provide tons of outdoor options. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location, safe
House was very personable. Don’t feel like a rental at all. Safe, secure location with security guards close by. Gated community. Only 2 blocks from Duval. Lots of towels and room for everyone to enjoy breakfast and coffee outside. Pool was deep. Lawn chairs provided. Bbq grill did not have propane.

Compass is the best and Sunset Breeze was lovely. Enjoyed the pool and location was perfect. Easy access to wherever we wanted to go. If I need a 3 bedroom, I would definitely rent again

Beautiful private home with pool!
We enjoyed our trip. The home is beautiful. Pool, spa, nice bathrooms and showers. Beautiful upper level wrap around porch. Great flat screen TV's in every room, including the outside pool area. Easy walk to Duvall St. and all the entertainment, great food and shopping. Very secure, locked door leading from carport to back yard and locked gate leading to front door.

April 22 Best Ever Vaca in Key West
We rented the 3 bedroom Sunset Breeze for ourselves and our adult children with their partners. We picked this property because of the value in Truman Annex area, the pool and the outside grill. When we arrived we we happy to see all just as it looked in the video.One exception that the widows walk is no longer accessible for safety reasons, we understood. A couple small maintenance needs did not discourage us from fully appreciating this beautiful, convenient, and affordable home for our Family vacation. We were slightly disappointed the gas in the grill was not full for first night use as we got in later and planned on grilling but it was replaced quickly after we called the following day.We also all rented bikes and the owners bikes were kind of in the way. Other than that the Sunset Breeze was perfecr for us and we all want to go back asap!

A sunset Breeze
Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing Truman Annex property. The location is perfect. Access Fort Zachary Beach and it’s amazing sunsets on foot or by bike. It’s so close. Walk to Truman Park water front. There is a splash pad and playground for the little ones. The property provides parking for one vehicle, either a golf cart rental or rental car. It’s so simple to get to Duval street and other area attractions by foot, bike, or golf cart. This home is a great size to Host a family or even three couples. We will definitely rent again if the property is available.

Beautiful Large home!
We booked this property as it was significantly less then other listings. we were not disappointed. the property is excellent. the location is perfect. Short walks to beach, Mallory Square, or Duval Street. We enjoyed the (very) high end coffee maker more then we thought we would.

Excellent location
This was a great vacation for us. Besides there being a pool at the house, there was a spray park, state park with a beach & snorkeling, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We stayed here with 2 small kids, so we rented a cargo bike and took them all over. We didn't drive at all.As far as the house, the pool was a bit dirty, not sure if it was stained but a bit worse for wear. It needs a good scrubbing. The house met all our needs, 2.5 baths was very nice.

We had a wonderful time! Great location to the beach, Duval St and surrounding areas We flew in and had a rental car the parking spot/port was a definite plus The pool BBQ and deck were great for hanging out and relaxing and the kitchen was nice the few nights we made dinner. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a great property in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. It has the perfect size pool for the size of house. The room off of the master bedroom is a little quirky.

Key West Holiday
Everything about our rental was very good. Check in was easy and instructions to the office were useful. The property, although a little worn, was very nice. The location was ideal - walking distance to everything (Hemingway House, Truman White House, Duval Street), but in a peaceful area. The pool was a definite plus, especially after walking around Key West. Recommend viewing the sunset from Ft Zachery Taylor Park (a block away from the house) instead of Mallory Square; it’s not crowded and the view is great.

We enjoyed the house and pool. Great location, nicely decorated and nice open floor plan on main level. On a personal preference, I like thicker pillows and a little more closest space for clothes, but certainly didn't hinder the great time we had. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!!

Great location
This property is in a great location between the amphitheater and Duvall street. Clean, nice size pool. We were down to Key West for a music festival and this property provided easy walking distances to the amphitheater, sunset pier, Hanks, the Smoking Tuna and all of Duvall street

Truman annex Gem
Pictures actually do not do this unit justice....The furniture was comfortable although the pictures mad it look otherwise and the box tv was replaced with a modern flat screen. In addition the rear yard/pool are was larger than anticipated.

Loved the location, we have stayed in the Truman Annex many times and it doesn't disappoint. The pool was a disappointment and needs some heavy duty cleaning. The back deck with the TV was great as even when you are home you can still be outside. All in all the house is good, just could use a little maintenance such as replacing burnt out lighting.
