This Shipyard unit has a Queen bed, one bathroom, very sunny, bright condo.It has a very nice large deck balcony facing Ft. Zachery, on the second level complete with outdoor patio furniture and is very close to the community pool.One to two week stays, two person limit. The Shipyard Condominiums is located in the Truman Annex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The property is also located mile from one of the best beaches on the island.
Please note: This property is monthly rental - the minimum rental period is 29 nights/30 days, except for February, which is 28 nights!!!

I’ve never rented from a company that’s closed on Saturdays.. how ridiculous to be closed on the most popular arrival day. The wifi didn’t work, no iron, no tv in the bedroom, needs better lighting in the bedroom,

Island Spa was great. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed and nice living area and porch. Very quiet in the evenings. We would definitely return! Compass reality was awesome to work with also. They were responsive when we had a small issue and accommodated us with a early check in and a late check out.

Spent may times in KW and always stay at the Truman Annex. This Condo is one of the better ones as it is very clean, quiet, and the outside deck is larger and more private, and the stairs leading up are carpeted. Overall this a great place to stay and will be back again.

Clean. Large kitchen compared to other units. Wifi would be nice. Plz add small tv for bedroom. Bathroom is not a palace but very clean. Would stay again...Seems ptice has really increased for future stays. Kitchen well supplied.

My wife and I spent our anniversary in Key West - one of our favorite destinations. Accommodations in Key West / Old Town area have skyrocketed. This property has held the line in price. This is not a plush condo. If you are looking for that this is not it. It is exactly as pictured. We basically needed a nice, clean, convenient place to hang when we were not on the town or at the beaches that wouldn't break the bank. Though it very close to the action of Duval. It is located in a quiet and secure complex - beautifully landscaped and maintained with parking.

This property is exactly as pictured. Not plush and spacious by any means but all you need for a nice stay for a couple in Key West. The bathroom/Laundry is a little awkward but it works. An inside table for dining would be nice. I would stay here again. You just cant beat this location.

This condo was everything we needed it to be. Located at the entrance to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, we were very close to one of the nicest beaches in Key West and within walking distance to Duval St. and everything it has to offer. The condo was vey clean and comfortable with a large balcony, washer and dryer and updated kitchen appliances.

Wonderful location. Beautiful kitchen with great appliances and outfitted with lovely dishes, etc. Bedroom is very nice with amazing storage. Great sized outdoor deck. Washer and dryer were perfect and looked brand new. Unit was exceptionally clean! The only suggestion I would make is to update the bathroom - it needs a remodel to compare to the quality of the rest of the condo. That being said - we would definitely stay again.The staff at Compass Realty were extremely accommodating and wonderful to work with. We will utilize their services again - hopefully next year!
