The Presidents Walk and Southard Court community is located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located less than a half mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Presidents Walk properties are two level townhouses which have private courtyards on the first level and balconies on the second level. Outdoor Grill. Each bedroom has one queen size bed. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots and pans, towels and linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking and pool access. Pets may be considered with a 28+ day stay

Sago Palm was clean, well equipped and in a great location. It was close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The layout with two bedrooms with queen beds and en suite bathrooms made it perfect for two couples.

Key West Near the Action

Loved the location of this rental. Only a couple blocks from the action of Duval Street. Yet, the unit was quiet, comfortable, and clean. We could walk to all our interests. Seems minor, but had we known beach towels were included with unit, it would have made our packing a little easier. Would definitely recommend.

Sago Palm was very clean and had the need amenities for a great stay. We had an AC issue on Thanksgiving day and property management had the HVAC company out within an hour to get the AC repaired - we were super grateful considering the holiday!

Sago Palm was very nice. It was clean, and the location was perfect for us. The only concern we had was the table lamp in our room, the only way to turn it on was to have to plug it in behind the nightstand because the switch was broken. Having that repaired would benefit the next renters. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great for our girls trip. It is stepping back in time with the decor but it was comfortable. We walked or biked mostly to anywhere. The pool and beach were conveniently located.

Located in nice, quiet area. Close to Duval St, Mallory Square, Most Southern Point. Only used car once during the week we were here and that was to go to an eating establishment off Key West. Everything you need is nearby.

Perfect location in the Truman Annex. Short walk to Duval or a short bike ride to the beach at Zachary Taylor. Staff at Compass was great. If you rent a car, make sure it's a compact. The parking is tight!

The Truman Annex was an amazing location for visiting Key West. Our condo was just a few blocks from Duval and you could walk almost everywhere you wanted to go. Our condo at Truman was fantastic. It was very comfortable and was supplied with any kitchen appliance or dishes you would every want. We were very happy with our stay at Truman Annex and would highly recommend it.

Key West at the Sago Palms

Four of us seniors rented the Sago Palm for a week in late May. We absolutely loved the location, it is just a few blocks from Duval street and you can easily walk to almost any destination on Duval Street. The condo was very nice with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Plus the air-conditioning worked very well. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Compass Realty was very helpful and took care of any of our requests. We especially liked Marissa who was very helpful and suggested several great restaurants for us to try. I would recommend Compass Realty and the Sago Palm to anyone traveling to Key West.

It was a wonderful vacation. The condo was great just had a issue with the washing machine but we were able to use another one in another condo next to us . We loved the Truman Annex area. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. When we come back we will be definitely be staying there again.

The first thing that impressed me was being able to park my car right in front of the gate to our patio! Covered parking, very rare in Key West. So much outdoor space! A large patio, front porch and 2 upstairs balconies. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Each bedroom upstairs had it’s own bathroom and a half bath downstairs. The furniture was new and comfortable. We could easily walk to the farmer’s market, the Coast Guard Cutter, Mallory Square, Duval, Ft. Zachary Taylor park, the water front. I only drove the car once to buy groceries at the Navy Commissary. It was only a short walk to the Truman waterfront to watch the sunset. We throughly enjoyed this unit and the location.

Our experience was one of pleasure and relief. We stayed in a 2bdrm that was equipped with the things needed to ensure we did not go out of our way for comfort and convenience. The location and security of the property was great for our week stay.
