Wonderful location and lovely unit
This is a really nice unit recently updated. The management is responsive and the location is the best in Key West. We have come to this location for many years and will continue to do so.

SUNSET DALITE at The Truman Annex in Key West
Sunset Dalite is a lovely condo in a fabulous location. The condo itself was clean, modern and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The building was very quiet and located in the perfect spot for us. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to upper Duval St., but removed enough to be very peaceful with beautiful water views. We received excellent communication from the property management about check-in. We arrived on a Saturday (when the office was closed), but Stacy gave us all the information we needed to retrieve everything we needed to access the property. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paradise!

Great trip!
Our group of 4 had a wonderful vacation week. Compass Realty is very easy to work with. The rental unit was clean and well furnished. The location was perfect for us - numerous restaurants & attractions within walking distance. And the view is outstanding. We’re planning next year’s vacation already!

Nice get away with lovely sunsets
Location was perfect for walking to and experiencing downtown Key West. The outdoor space was lovely to see beautiful sunsets and observing port activities.Unfortunately the master bathtub was unusable, and grounds employees gave us a hard time when we had friends stop over, even when it was in the middle of the day.Despite the issues with the tub and not being able to visit with friends and family at our location, it was a nice stay.

Perfect location
Sunset Dalite was truly a “delight.”The unit was very clean and the new furnishings made it ideal. I especially liked and enjoyed the covered deck. Great location. Close to nightlife yet just far enough away from the action to enjoy a quiet night at home. Have stayed in this unit before and will stay in it again!

20TH YEAR OF VACATIONING IN KEY WEST
I have stayed in Truman Annex/Harbor Place many times. After they put the palm trees in the waterfront park, this condo is one of the few left with great views of the harbor and sunset from anywhere in the condo. It was very clean and well equipped. The twin beds are a little small for adults, but overall one of my favorite ones I've stayed in.

The apartment has the best view and location. Based on the current rental price, the apartment needs updating, master bed linens limited to one usable set and coverlet is ripped.

Beautiful location, spectacular views with the comfort of a home.
I would highly recommend this condo. Our party of four (2-couples) had reservations at a different location in the Truman Annex.Lucky for us we were upgraded to Sunset Daylight condo. The condo has beautiful views right off the patio that we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The condo was fully packed with everything that was needed. The walking was pretty easy to shop, eat and enjoy the town. Nice pool. I do have a few suggestion that needs to be addressed. There needs to be a second set of keys to allow each couple the ability to access the condo if they’re on different activities. The Tub in the main bathroom needs a plumber for the drain clogged up. The bathtub in the master bathroom jets was not working. The mstrbthrm Shower was amazing.Both the doors going out onto the patio have hurricane deadbolt locks and the tiny little notice that reads “do not use this lock”needs to be Bigger because if you don’t read the notice and use the deadbolt lock it will lock the door for good. Even though I’m writing this these issues didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves. The picture are true to what this condo looks like. We would definitely book this condo again.

Key West Gem
This was our first time in Truman Annex and it was wonderful. The condo had a beautiful view from the private covered balcony, the interior was updated, it was spotlessly clean, and close to Duval St. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay! The only drawback was that it was hard to find at night. GPS was useless. A stop at the guardshack for directions will get you there though. Stacy at Compass was excellent! She happily answered questions and secured our reservation for next year. Great experience!

Beautiful condo
Location was the best of both worlds...on the water and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Having a washer/dryer was great too! The balcony was a beautiful spot to watch sunset and boats. The only complaint are the keys...they give you 2 sets but only one set is usable, as it has the key fab needed to get into the building. I mean without being able to get into the building why even give out 2 sets? The entry door is tricky too..I was never able to open it myself. It took my husbands strength each time, and we even stopped locking it as no one would be able to get in anyhow! He even thought we were going to be locked out a couple of times! The very last advice I’d have to anyone staying here is to walk to Opal Key for any Uber/Lyft rides. The day we arrived with our luggage Uber and GPS could not get us to the front door...kept taking us around front...where there’s no entrance. So walked FOREVER with all our luggage in the heat! Not fun. After renting a golf cart for a day to get the lay of the land, we quickly realized how confusing that area is for Uber, and hence just used Opal Key and had no issues obtaining rides. FYI, the only reason we needed rides was to get to Parrot Key for a jet ski excursion and to get to the airport, as everything else is walkable.

Great Vaca in Key West
Vacation was great, excellent location, condo was very clean, easy check in. View of sunset makes it amazing. Couple things I would fix with condo is new ceiling fans, when on high which they need to be make it sounds like a bowl of rice crispies snap, crackling and popping. The arm of the patio chair was also broken and there weren't any kitchen towels. So really no complaints overall! Love staying in this complex and have for many years.

The unit was fine and the location excellent but the ceiling fans in both bedrooms were VERY LOUD and the ceiling fan in the living room did not go above a low speed. The unit owners requested the temperature be no lower than 74 degrees but with the issues with the ceiling fans that was not possible. Also, the kitchen sink drained very slowly. Also had an issue with parking. The security company called us because they were going to work on the pipes above our spot and asked us to move our car. I asked if we could put it in a visitors spot overnight and was told that was fine but still received a violation notice the next morning.

Great location!
Overall, we loved this condo and would definitely stay again. The location is outstanding and close to everything. The views from the property are awesome - picture perfect sunsets! My only complaint would be not be allowed to keep the place slightly cooler (lowering the AC)!

Great location! Very convenient to places of interest, bars, restaurants, etc. Condo was very clean and in great condition. The covered deck was ideal for overlooking the water and pool. Excellent view of sunsets.

Sunset Delight @ the Truman Annex
This property is in a premium Key West location with spectacular sunset views. It has every convenience of home, was superbly appointed and miraculously quiet at night. It is walking distance to many of the notable Duvall St. places for fun and yet securely tucked away in a lovely neighborhood setting.

The Great Escape
We have been using Compass Realty to book our rental since 2009. Obviously they have always done a fantastic job or we wouldn't have kept using them.We like staying in the Truman Annex as quiet and away from the activity of Duval Street although close enough to easily walk to Duval.We enjoy escaping each year to Keywest and away from the cold temperatures where we live too many months of the year.Thank you to Compass Realty for making our escape happen each year.

Wonderful views and great location
We have rented this unit for over 10 years. The view is amazing and the location can’t be beat. However the interior and the Master bedroom could use some updating and refreshing. Compass Realty does a great maintenance job if you are in need of repairs. The kitchen is well equipped.

One Of The Best Views In Key West
Great location on the water behind the Truman White House. Quiet, the deck is covered so the sun will never drive you inside. You have access to a great pool. As with any unit in the Truman Annex you are in walking distance to the great restaurants and bars on Key West, (no car needed). You can watch the sunset with drink in hand from the deck and listen to quiet settle in as the sun disappears.This year was especially great because there were NO Cruise Ships!
