DISCOUNTED RATES FOR SPRING/SUMMER!!!Welcome to Lady Emma which is located in the best location in Old Town, the world famous Truman Annex on Emma St. The Truman Annex and this beautiful home is a short stroll to nearby Duval St, Mallory Square and Ft Zachary Taylor State Park. This is a private home with 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with a private pool. The first floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, half bath and the living area is an open floor plan design, beautiful spacious kitchen (with Keurig), dining area and comfortable sitting area looking out onto the pool. This home sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest room has 2 twins that easily convert to a king size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds. The backyard has plenty of seating in addition to the luxurious private pool. There is off street parking for 1 car. *Pets may be considered with 28+ day stays

Key West Family Vacation
We had a great time celebrating our twin sons’ birthday in Key West. The property was excellent and perfect for our family of five. Easy walking distance to all the fun spots but located in the VERY QUIET Truman Annex. We were able to enjoy everything about Key West and them come home to a quiet, well equipped, and beautiful property. Furnishings were very comfortable, and the pool was icing on the cake!

Had to be moved from our original house because it was not up to standards. The replacement house was an upgrade which was appreciated. However the pool had some issues.

Very nice stay
The place was very clean, the management company was very responsive to any questions we had and the location was very convenient. The only issue was the rear deck which was broken in many areas and hazardous, so we kept the children away from that (I believe it is scheduled to be repaired). Overall, I would happily stay there again.

Lady Emma Review for stay 12/01/21 to 12/11/21
Our rental experience was very nice. The house is large and located in a nice area of the Truman Annex. The outside property is great for sitting around to have lunches and dinners outside. Also, bricked patio for sitting near the pool and enjoying the day. Kitchen is great with many utensils, silverware, pots / pans, and all the cooking ware you need. Multiple coffee makers and a Keurig are in the kitchen. 4 bedrooms - master bedroom is very big with walk in shower. Outside property does need a little maintenance as the pool heater and waterfalls did not work correctly, the palm trees needed pruning as branches were hanging down on the pathways and one branch was almost in the pool. Some of the outside lights didn't work near the table and around the trees. But all of these maintenance issues were minor and did not impact our stay or stop us from enjoying the property.

Complete Perfection
Our rental home on Emma Street was perfect. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The back yard was a tropical oasis with a lovely pool and waterfall. We were close to everything including Mallory Square and Duval Street. The house and our overall experience was perfect in every way.
